Comstock Park DDA Board Vacancy

With the retirement of Comstock Park Library Manager and DDA Board member Nancy Mulder, the Comstock Park Downtown Development Authority is looking for a new board member.  Applicants must own or represent property within the DDA district (roughly along West River Drive from just south of Four Mile Road to Pine Island Drive).  The governance committee will review applications at their April meeting on April 8.

Board members serve a four-year term.  The Comstock Park DDA Board meets at 8 a.m. on the third Wednesday of the month at the Mill Creek Middle School.

The Comstock Park DDA Board works to promote economic growth and revitalization with projects such as the Community Plaza with the digital sign, street lighting along West River Drive, resurfacing and striping the Dwight Lydell Park parking lot, and the White Pine Trailhead with the bike repair station, all in downtown Comstock Park.

The new member will be required to take an Oath of Office prior to the first meeting which they attend.
